Fleetback is a fast-growing Automotive SaaS company helping dealerships and mobility players improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.
To support the next phase of our product evolution, we are looking for an AI & Applied Intelligence Lead to support, design, propose, and implement AI-powered features across our platform.
This is a key role: we are looking for someone who can act as a force of proposal, combining technical expertise, functional understanding, and product focus.

Your mission
You will be responsible for enhancing and structuring AI capabilities within Fleetback’s product. You will work closely with product, engineering, and business teams, and help guide both what to build and how to build it.

Your responsibilities

• Act as AI subject-matter expert within Fleetback
• Propose AI-driven use cases aligned with business and dealership needs
• Design and implement AI / ML solutions, including:
• LLM-based assistants (chatbots, copilots, virtual advisors)
• Predictive models and data intelligence
• Recommendation systems and insights generation
• Translate functional needs into technical solutions
• Define AI architecture, tools, and best practices
• Collaborate with backend and frontend developers to integrate AI features
• Evaluate and select AI platforms, models, and services (OpenAI, cloud AI services, open-source models, etc.)
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and data security of AI components
• Educate and support internal teams on AI concepts and limitations

Your Profile

• Strong experience and results in Applied AI, Machine Learning, or AI-powered product development
• Experience with LLMs, conversational AI, or intelligent assistants
• Good understanding of data pipelines, analytics, and statistics
• Ability to work at both strategic and hands-on levels
• Strong product mindset and ability to challenge requirements constructively
• Experience or strong interest in the automotive, mobility, or SaaS sector is a plus
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Autonomous, proactive, and solution-oriented
• Professional English skills, French or German is a plus

Technical skills (expected or desired)

• Experience with AI/ML frameworks and tools (Python, ML libraries, LLM APIs, etc.)
• Experience integrating AI into production SaaS platforms
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS mainly, Azure, GCP, etc.)
• Understanding of APIs, backend services, and data architectures
• Knowledge of data privacy, security, and AI ethics is a plus
