In order to reinforce the Fleetback team and sustain our growth, we are looking for a Marketing Officer & Management Assistant. This hybrid role combines operational marketing execution for Fleetback and Sharebox with structured administrative support to management. The position is execution focused, hands on and detail oriented, suited for a junior to mid-level professional who enjoys being a reliable “Swiss army knife” within the organization.

It comprises both mobile & web applications and it is cloud-based.

Job description

As a Marketing Officer & Management Assistant, you will support the planning and execution of our marketing strategies and ensure smooth organizational support. You will work closely with cross functional teams (sales, product, design) to promote our products, coordinate events and campaigns, and support management with presentations, reports and administrative tasks. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing tech company in the automotive sector while gaining broad exposure across marketing and executive functions

 
Your responsibilities (non-exhaustive)

  • Organize and coordinate trade fairs, exhibitions and corporate events (logistics, suppliers, booth materials, registrations, scheduling);
  • Manage timelines, checklists and vendor coordination; track marketing deliverables and campaign execution;
  • Prepare marketing materials (presentations, brochures, digital assets) and support content publication on the website, newsletters and social media;
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure readiness before events and maintain organized repositories of marketing assets;
  • Provide structured administrative support to management: prepare executive presentations, reports and meeting documents; coordinate calendars, travel and key appointments;
  • Follow up on action items and internal projects and act as a coordination interface between management and internal teams;
  • Ensure smooth communication flow and document organization across the organization.

 
Your profile
