In order to reinforce the Fleetback team and sustain our growth, we are looking for a Creative Marketing Specialist (Visuals, Content & Presentations).

Fleetback is developing SaaS products for the automotive industry for car dealerships sales and after sales services. Our objective: help car dealerships in their digital transformation journey by developing high business value product with a strong focus on quality and user experience.
It comprises both mobile & web applications and it is cloud-based.

Job description

As a Creative Marketing Specialist, you will transform strategic objectives into compelling visuals, written communication and high impact presentations. You will shape how our brand communicates internally and externally by working closely with cross functional teams (sales, product, design) to promote our products, boost brand visibility and generate qualified leads. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing tech company in the automotive sector.

Your responsibilities (non-exhaustive)

  • Conceptualize and produce visual assets that align with our brand identity (campaign visuals, brochures, social media graphics, web content);
  • Translate complex topics into clear visual narratives and ensure consistency in layout, typography and brand guidelines;
  • Write and edit articles, blog posts, newsletters and marketing copy for various channels;
  • Design and structure executive level presentations (PowerPoint, Canva…) that transform raw input into structured, visually compelling slide decks;
  • Create templates and presentation frameworks to standardize communication across the organization;
  • Collaborate with sales, product and design teams to communicate value propositions and support lead generation initiatives;
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain organized repositories of marketing assets.

 
Your profile

  • Degree in Marketing, Communication, Graphic Design or a related field;
  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing or design role, preferably in B2B or tech environments;
  • Strong sense of design fundamentals (composition, contrast, alignment, visual hierarchy) and storytelling ability;
  • Advanced proficiency in presentation tools (PowerPoint, Keynote or Google Slides) and familiarity with design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.);
  • Excellent copywriting and editorial skills; ability to adapt tone of voice to different audiences;
  • Creative, organized and results driven with high attention to detail ;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; French or German is a plus.
