Customer Success Officer

In order to reinforce the Fleetback/Sharebox team we are looking for a Customer Success Officer to participate in the development of new projects in the automotive sector.

Fleetback is developing SaaS products for the automotive industry for car dealerships sales and after sales services. Our objective: help car dealerships in their digital transformation journey by developing high business value product with a strong focus on quality and user experience.
It comprises both mobile & web applications and it is cloud-based.

Your mission
As a Customer Success Officer, you will play a key role in building long-term relationships with our customers and ensuring they get maximum value from our solutions. You will work closely with dealerships and automotive professionals to understand their needs, support their adoption of our products, and contribute to their overall success.

Your responsibilities (non-exhaustive)

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Follow up regularly with clients to ensure satisfaction and product adoption.
  • Identify customer needs, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Deliver customer training sessions and onboarding activities.
  • Develop and promote e-learning and enablement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer feedback is taken into account.
  • Contribute to customer retention and long-term success.

 

Your Profile
Required Skills

  • Fluent in French, Dutch, and English.
  • First professional experience in customer success, customer support, sales, account management, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage challenging situations with professionalism and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

 
Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of the automotive industry or a strong interest in automotive technologies.
  • Experience working in a SaaS or software environment.
  • German language skills.
