At Fleetback/Sharebox, the Customer Success Officer is a key strategic role in driving customer satisfaction and ensuring lasting value from our products and services. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service that empowers customers to fully leverage their subscriptions, helping them maximize ROI and achieve long-term success. In this role, you will work closely with our sales, act as a project manager for launches with new customers and be the central point in coordinating between the customer and operations.
